Publish website Not working

I have a ASP.Net project, which was published on II6. It worked well so far, but I run Publish Web Site again, nothing happens, namely the alert for deleting existing files does not display. I suspected to be network related problem and re-started my CPU, but it did not solve the problem. What could be possible solution to fix it? Thanks.

Solution 1

Found that some strange .dll generated in the project \bin\. After I loaded my backup files, and then re-compiled again, the problem got solved. Thanks to all reviewers, esp. to those who provided his/her hint.
