How Can I Implement Countdown Timer In C#

Hi ,

I need a help in implementing count down time :

start time default : 00.20.00.00 Min.

start in decreasing order to 00.20.00.00 to 00.00.00.00

if finish 20 min after start with 00.01.00.00 to Unlimited min. and change text color.red ?

how to start using TimeSpan and Stopwatch system function.

i am new in development.
