Creating a quick book file

Hi,
Is it possible to create a quickbooks file (.qbw or .qbb) without quickbooks software installed? I want to create this file from my backoffice application and then send this to my clients so that they can restore this file in there quickbook software.

Yes, but you would need to study the QBB/QBW file structure documentation, and write the code yourslef.
