how to implement SharePoint list "Add new item" manually?

hi there,

I want to implement the "Add new button of a list" in a webpart.
I mean if i need to have a button in my home page to add a new item to a list without going to lists->'Add new Item'.
I want the exact same pop-up which we get when we click on 'Add new item'.
