How to Maintain TCP connection using Background Agents

Hi,

SQL

I'm developing a simple chat application with image attachments.

when i am selecting the images from the albums , the TCP connection is getting lost physically, when i check the             "Quick watch" the object is not getting disconnected..but physically it getting lost..

If it done by using "Background Agents"... Can you please explain how can i maintain TCP Connection through Background Agents... As i am new to Windows phone development, I'm expecting brief explanation on this..
