Update the file for an article

I've recently updated my article and it was accepted by Deeksha Shenoy who has no e-mail address to reply to. This is the most prominent link in the Help menu, so I'm asking my question here.

There's also an updated download file for that article but I don't understand the update form at all. It shows stuff that isn't in the article and it shows things that are in the article differently. I'm not sure how to operate this. So I wanted Deeksha Shenoy to update that file for me but my e-mail to the "unattended email box" probably wasn't noticed.

Can somebody please either fix that update form, explain it to me, or tell me an e-mail address where I can send the file to?
