Outlook plugin not loading on Win7 Limited users

Hi,

I have developed outlook plugin for 2007, it is working perfectly if i logged in administrator account

if i login using another limited user account, the plugin failed to load.

Please help me if anyone aware on this issue, its very urgent :(
