how to import execelsheet data into database

how to import execelsheet data into database. code is done by myside but i got an error Conversion failed when converting the nvarchar value 'id' to data type int.

If you are using sql server you can import excel sheet directly with out writing a Single line of code.
Write click on data base -> Tasks-> Importdata.
Click on next and select data source as Microsoft Excel .
Give the file path and click next.
Select sheet to Import and set table name you can set data types of columns.
