Unable to Big Size Excel File upload with SSIS package in ASP.net

Dear All,

I want to upload excel data into my sql table by using of SSIS package in asp.net.

My application details are -
ASP.net 4.0
SSIS 2008
excel 2007

If i directly run my asp.net application code(Web server) then my file uploaded successfully but when i hosted my application in IIS 7.0 and then upload i am facing below issue

"external table is not in the expected format"

my xlsx file size is approx. 30 mb.
Please help me.
if you need my test code then i will provide all.
