How I Run Html Pages From Drupal?

Hi All,
i have create some html pages , css, js in visual studio2012 and it is run correctly now i have to run these pages from drupal and i have installed xampp server and drupal. I have to create pages or run these pages how i create these html pages in drupal i took help from theme strak but not understanding how i work on drupal ???

Here i am explaining about the drupal 7

Follw these steps

step 1 : Create page in structure->pages->create page

step2 : pagename--page.tpl.php

step3: Add your html page code paste there

Step 4 : check the path of css, images, js and put the according to it.

Step 5 : Perfomane -> remove cache and then reload the page it will work
