How to redirect from http to https via url rewrite module in IIS 7.5 with SSL Enabled?

Here https://www.x.com is our external site. If http://ww.x.com is typed it must redirect auto to https://ww.x.com. But not working. Cannot display web page issue comes.
I tried as follows:
http://www.jppinto.com/2010/03/automatically-redirect-http-requests-to-https-on-iis7-using-url-rewrite-2-0/[^]
