IIS on Android ( Firewall problem)

One question how connect with IIS from my Android telephone?
I connect to Wi-Fi which is the same of IIS and I type in phone browser the IP od computer and the number :8094 but don't work. I open the 80 port on firewall. When I ping the ip addres of computer (IIS) don't ping, when I ping the Android telephone from computer ping work. So the problem is in the Inbound Rules ?
Any idea?

Hello,

You are trying to access port 8094 which might be blocked? In firewall try opening port 8094 instead of 80, assuming that ISS is configured to listen on PORT 8094.
