regarding AT commands

Dear Friends, Good morning

I am doing a project on voice calling using modem. I used AT command "ATDxxxxxxxxxx;" for dialind a mobile phone. success it rang but how to know the other one who has accept the call and how to push voice using AT commands. please help as early as possible.
