How to install and trace the errors of url rewrite module via filtered tracing request while converting https to http in IIS? I did all as follows to convert http to https from the below link. But http isn't converting to https in IIS.SSL certificate is already enabled and with https it works. But when user changes https to http it must automatically redirect to https which isn't happening.
