Which official website do you want? There are millions of the things!
What are you trying to find out?

It sounds from your description that your computer may be infected with some kind of virus or trojan - but it's difficult to be sure at this kind of distance, and I wouldn't be happy trying to give a complete beginner instructions, so why not take your request to a local expert and ask him / her?

There is almost certainly a "computer repair man" in your town - there seems to a a couple in most towns over here - and if you ask around you may find someone who has used them and can say "he's good" or "he's a rip-off idiot". Then talk to him: explain your problem and see if he has any ideas or makes any suggestions.

I can't: I can't see your screen so I don't have any real idea exactly what you are having difficulties with. If you can describe them in fuller terms, then I'm more than willing to do what I can, but you are probably going to be better off getting someone local to look (it'll certainly be quicker!)
