Trade forex broker via api/fix quickfix

Hello, I have experience trading mq4 but not .net/c++ via fix/api protocol.

I need to do this ( Forex LP/Brokers ):

1.- Configure and access via FIX LP-1 credentials
2.- Configure and access via FIX LP-2 credentials
3.- Configure and access via FIX LP-3 credentials
3.- Read prices from LP1 and compare with prices LP2
4.- If LP1 prices => lp2 prices then sell LP1 ( algo meet rules )
5.- Close both when lp1 prices= LP2 prices ( algo meet rules ).
Done!

Can somebody help me ? Even paid fees.
