How do I create document for the web page that displays real time visibility on system activities.

Hi I have created the web page that displays system activities from log files as well as from database in real time and now I am asked to do documentation for this page now I am new workers in software house and I am having difficulty to document the page so Can any one HELP me.

Real time visibility means that many user are over the web and performing activities like visiting page generating reports, then all the activities are logged in a file then we have created a page that displays all the logging on current activities.
