Convert Image to SVG using color_trace_multi.exe

I am trying to convert an image to SVG File. For this I am using color_trace_multi.exe which traces multiple color images using potrace. The command line argument which I am using is

color_trace_multi.exe -i src D:\Demo\temp.png -c 16


When I run the above code, I am getting an error called "No such file or directory: src~tmp_scaled.png" I enclosed the input path with double quotes but still I am getting the same error.Please help.
