how to show warning message on clicking url in outlook email message

Hi All,

I am developing addin in vb.net and want to show a warning message in outlook when user click on url link containing in a email message. please help.

I have searched this side before but the problem is tha I have to catch the event when a link, in mail message, is clicked. It should work like javascript. but I don't have any idea that waht to do.
