will the mobile emulator default resolution in chrome browser be suitable for any mobile monitor?

This is not called "resolution"; do you mean the screen size in pixels? If so, how could it possibly be suitable, if different devices use different screen sizes? You need to develop software in size-tolerant manner and ultimately test on some real mobile devices... The simulator allows you to change the size for debugging/testing.

you should see mobile emulator in chrome or
you should see iphone model in apple.com that will show the resolution..

Sloppy terminology in any of the vendors won't impress me. I know what "resolution" means; it means the ability to resolve features as distinctly separate, such as lines, usually measured in lines or dots per inch, cm or mm...
