How to Insert multiple rows in tables in *.sdf file

I am having textboxes that are placed in order of 6x10 matrix. wants to insert value in database with condition where user may enter values 1 or 2 or so on.. number of rows. If am using "union all" then it inserts blank row records... If going for paramaterized query will i have to specify name of each text box feild?? as they are number 1-10 i.e. txtAbc1,txtAbc2 and so on.. please help me.
