How to catch Google Map images using an application

Hi, I need to download my desired images form Google Map with high resolution and satellite mod (not map). There are some application does it but with many limitations and cons. Could you introduce me a way to start such application?(I prefer coding using .Net family)

Google map doesn't allow to do it by default, and we should make an app by ourselves.
