How to get table data based on between two date and between two time in oracle

I have table in oracle database. This table contains a column named "TAG_TIME_STMAP" which datatype is DATE. the data stored in this column in the formate of "mm-dd-yyyy HH:MI:SS AM/PM".

Now i want whole table data between to selected dates and also between two selected time.

And also want data based on a selected date to next or past given days(i.e. 25-12-2013 to next 5 days or prev 5 days).

So how can i do this??
