How Do I Increase Pagerank

Hi I have created website http://www.homestat.org for realestate business , and i worked lot of SEO for this website , but i am not able to increase the page rank.
So can you please suggest what should i do for that.

One thing that if i update 3-4 line of description meta tag, or any portion of page everyday , will it give me high page rank ?
so it can come to 1st-2nd page in google search engine?

if your changes match with user search criteria then your page ranking will increase

No. SEO work on keywords and content of that page. If you keep changing time to time. it won't work.

have you added meta tags in your site...
if you added then your description approximate matches with meta tags.
you can also write different blogs about your site and that blog's have your website links. Then share that blogs on social sites or your circle.
