Video magnification by MIT is not running

Hi,
I have downloaded Eulerian Video magnification application from http://people.csail.mit.edu/mrub/vidmag/[^]
and i need to apply its functionality to a video of my own, but when i run this program through evm.exe through command prompt as specified in user manual, i got some errors. I used Dependency walker software [^]
to check the application required dlls.Dependency walker showed me error for following dlls

Now i cant understand what the real problem is. Can anyone please help me with this???
