Can you tell me in what kind of images you need to find text areas? T may be able to give you a solution but the method and its complexity is actually depend on the type of images (ex. Envelops, Banners, Letters, Natural Scenes etc..)

can i use opencv in application without using its dll i mean i have to include only cpp and header file to perform image processing?
