When to stop ManagementEventWatcher?

Hi All,
I have started my ManagementEventWatcher to monitoring the event on window, How can i stop it on form (When close the window form) clicing?

I am handling FormClosing event. But when i access the watcher object then its show as null.
My watcher object is global variable in the class.
