checking out java code from cvs

i am facing a very weird scenario, when i check out code from cvs, i got the older version of the project, but i want the latest, any one who have used cvs tortoise kindly let me know to get the latest version.I am checking out head of the project.
I want to check out
http://sourceforge.net/projects/moreunit/[^]

Kindly let me know, how to resolve the issue.

I'm confused...you normally use CVS, and you normally get the newest version of an item when you check it out, but for one and only one item, you are getting an older version?
