in my mobile app ,we r u supposed to add chatting facility .could u plz give me some Idea how to write that chat application in windows mobile using C#.net

If you are planning to use Bluetooth as the communication channel then by default Windows Mobile APIs doesnot expose them. But you can always use WIDCOMM or Microsoft BT stack by the OEMs sdk or thrid party sdk.

You write it the same way you would without the compact framework, the screen size is just smaller.
