[Not a question] regex validation for time interval

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am unable to add validation upon the given time interval. i just want to know the regular expression to validate my given time interval in 12 hour clock format. i will look forward for your kind concern. for example :- (Please state a time between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
