silverlight WrapPanel problems

hi everyone!

i wanna ask a question about wrappanel or another panel.

i have problem with items in wrappanel (drag&drop) i want to swap those items with mouse move in wrappanel but i cant .

how can i fix this problem?

the point is ; im working on a rummikub game and my problem is racks in game
