I'm working on a project to create artificial intelligence vehicle number plate recognition using java language and use a database to store the files the result of training and recognition results. using the backpropagation.

Can anyone help me?

Is there someone who has a program code or a sample program I was looking for? I need it..

I need a java-based program with backpropagation.
I have tried it and get on in the image processing.

Use Google and do some research. No one here is going to do the work for you. When you have a proper question, then come back and people will offer assistance.

I need the source code that use backpropagation.. and the link above using feed forward and heuristic..I think so, I'm sorry,. if other have that using backpropagation method,.. that I need,..I hope you can share here,.. thanks for share thatraja

I'm not Java guy. You should search Google more for this. If I get free time I could bring you some more things but not soon. So start searching. Meanwhile try their forum there(link in my answer).
