Change color of ListControl in MFC

I have a ListControl
Col1 Col2

Item1 Item2
Item3 Item4
Item5 Item6

I want each row to have a separate color. 1st row color1, 2nd row color2 and so on. Or else I want Item1 color1 Item2 color2 and so on.
