How to hide horizontal scroll bar for listview control

Can someone tell me how to hide the horizontal scroll bar for listview and keep the vertical one? I am not even sure this is possible. I know you can hide both but i just want to hide the one. Thanks

i am using vb.net win form

This doesn't appear to be possible without some low level hackery.
