sending sms from mobile to mobile via application

Hi all

i want to send sms.
how it should work is i will select the number from my application and the charges will be applicable from my mobile means if i have recharged with any sms pack that it will cut from there.

i don't know whether i am thinking correctly or not..please tell me.

But i need it in free means i don't want to buy or pay anything..i will just recharge my mobile.

You can only send SMS via a provider, and you have to pay for it. Try a Google search to see how others have implemented it.

Language is an issue, are you going to write this in C++, C#, Cobol etc? you need to be specific with your searches.
