How to check if process is still running using asp.net vb.net?

I have .exe file I want to check if this file still running and not to continue until this exe file is closed/terminated.

Didn't work for me gave me an error on: myProcess = Process.Start("*.exe")

You don't really suppose it would accept wildcards, do you? :-D
