Makefile.app in Lemur toolkit- Indri

Hi to all.

I want to write a project in "Netbeans" that uses "Indri" System.
In "Indri" help file have been writen that for run a project a "Makefile.app" should be created in "main.cpp" path. This approach is practical in writing C++ project without "Netbeans" for me.But in "Netbeans" i dont know about creating a "Makefile.app".
of course i know content of "Makefile.app" for my project. But i dont know where i should be create "Makefile.app"
