Adobe CQ Connector - Content management system

Hello all,

I have to develop/create a usercontrol(content connector) to map client's digital assets to adobe DAM(DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT) servers for file related operations like moving files from client location to adobe DAM's and related.
How can I achieve this..?
What sort of tools/SDK , I have to use for this...?

Basically I am a .NET developer.
