File Manager module error when i am trying to upload a file in DNN7

I am using File manager module in my portal design. actually i have 2 roles i.e., Role1 and Role2 and created 2 pages for their respective roles. I used File Manager in both pages. When i try to upload file from these two pages i am getting an error saying

ACCESS Denied
"Either you are not currently logged in, or you do not have access to this content."

I checked with my page settings and Module Settings but still i am not able to Upload the files when i create a folder for the respect user credientials. But i am able to upload the files when i logged in as Super user.
I am not able to understand where this issue comes
So can one help me out with this particular issue
