Hosting wcf service issue to IIS 8.5 on windows 8.1

Hi All,
I had a new windows 8.1 machine, on which I had installed IIS.
with visual studio 2010, I had created a Silverlight application with wcf service.
When I am trying to publish the service to local IIS I am getting following error.

"Error:Error 1 Web deployment task failed. (There was an error reading IIS configuration schema from 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\config\schema\'.) "

I had gone through many sites but no luck :(
