Access control & its properties in inner repeater of nested repeater on client side

I have a nested repeater in which there are controls in inner Repeater including a dropdownlist. I want use the properties of the inner repeater controls on client side. Also how to call a function on on selectedIndexChanged event of inner dropdownlist on server side.
