Have you seen http://www.dropzonejs.com? It's a good library that allows you to upload multiple files via a dialog, and via drag & drop. It supports progress vizualization and an image preview. I like it a lot!

It is good but icant upload multiple files. and at the time we select a file it is automatically uploading files

It does allow multiple files, it's a configuration setting. And since you can download the source code, it's up to you to change it's behavior. It's a good base to start from.
