VSTO is removed from the Addin tab only when I clean the solution

Hi
I have developed a VSTO 2010 addin and the addin is not removed from the addin's tab in excel and it vanishes only if i do a "Clean solution". Addin is not removed from the .msi installer.
Please suggest something. I have posted many times but not getting the exact solution for this.

May be this is clear.

I dint get the solution to this. Later I read somewhere they had asked to use clean solution. So wanted to know how this exactly works? Why windows installer not able to uninstall the addin?
