Design Event Viewer for project

Hi to all

i want design event viewer for my project

i expect these event viewer make a a report of any bug or some warning problem in my project
and send each report to our server
something like a event viewer in xp or 7 OS .

please help me to design this event viewer
in step 1: i need some article about event viewer design and framework for my document project
and in step 2: i want right these event viewer
in step 3: i want make a system for sending these result to my server
i have 1 question in these part,too
how can i send these result over internet ,please suggest a model of encryption for these result
i mean some thing like report of Microsoft Os reports.

I wonder, why? Why "for your project"? What's wrong with System.Diagnostics.EventLog? It can be customized... I guess you need to explain more: click Improve question.

i want design this system exclusively for my project
in my office ,we have many PC,and we have exclusive application that they run on our systems
these application sometimes get failed in jobs,for any reason like delete DLL files or on of the board of pc wasn't work very well

now i need design event viewer as module for our application
whenever each application may down,this module make a report for me,so client can write these report on FLASH storage memory or CD or something like that ,and send it for me,or event viewer automatically send these report to our server

in these step: we want encrypt these report like window's report
i should say that i dont know can i use event viewer of windows or not
