I want to retrieve Date of joining and Date of birth from Active directory by passing Login name in C#.Net.

Does your Active Directory store this information in the first place? As far as I am aware they are not normally in an Active Directory system.

Active directory is what something system maintains. How could your personal information be there?

Use the System.DirectoryServices namespace to query AD.
