unable to open url which is hosted in IIS windows server 2003

Dear Friends,

Am working on Asp.net C#, SqlServer 2005.

Finally I have Finished my project, and now i have hosted this project in windows server 2003 using IIS 6.

I have Copied my project in server in c drive Inetpub/wwwrootfolder

I have hosted using Start-> run-> Inetmgr

This project is running from server when i browse from Server.
But i cannot run this project from my local PC.

All the Webservice extension are set to Allow.
am using two frameworks.
v2.0.50727
v4.0.30319

for my project am using v4.0.30319

Please can you help me,

am unable to open the project from my local machine.
