VIWeb Configuration failed during installation

Hi,
This is regarding problem occur while migrating classic ASP application from Window XP to Window7 (64 bit) OS.
Visual Intercept option is not available under IIS7.0 and hence we are unable to proceed.
Could you please kindly put light over here so that Classic ASP application with Visual Intercept can be run at IIS 7?
Classic asp pages are working now but not connecting to Visual intercept .Th eerror it is showing is:VIWeb Configuration failed during installation.Contact you Visual Intercept administrator.
please give some solution ASAP.
