HOw to set that latest file as destination.

i have deisgned a task to copy excel file from A folder to B folder and then rename the file name with current datetime and then insert data into the latest file as destination. HOw to set that latest file as destination.

how can we set the excel destination properties to pick the latest file present in the B folder
eg:

file1_11182013.xls
file2_11172013.xls

in these files destination need to pick file1_11182013.xls
