filtering and grouping in aspxgridview using

hi,i am use the aspxgridview version 8.3 of devexpress.
in which i am fill the records using the coding not using binding.
then I check true properties of enable filtering and enable group panel.
but it can't work properly
so what can i do?????????:confused:

if u have any suggestion then please tell me.
