You need to use the Improve question link to post details of what you have tried so far - even if that is just searching google. Also re-tag your post to indicate what language you would like to use. Do you mean smartcard as a data device or as a security device (e.g. ATM card).
By the way there is no such word as "wanna" ... the words are "want to" ... you won't be taken seriously if you use text speak

As I see that you can understand the meanings of word (wanna) so I dont think that you need to post comment like this
I didnt specify any languange or the type of smart card because any information in any language will be useful...thanks for your so kind comment

I understand "wanna" because English is my first language (although I hesitate to class it as an English word) - it is not the case for many CP members and the use of slang words and textspeak reduces the number of people who can understand your posts, and possibly help.
